Petrolera Sinovensa chooses human talent to increase oil production

Barcelona.- After the end of year 2019, although the economic attacks and media campaigns against the oil industry and the Nation, workers from Petrolera Sinovensa, a Joint Ventura attached to the Venezuelan Oil Corporation (CVP en Spanish), belonging to Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. PDVSA, start year 2020 determined to face and overcome new challenges with the view to strongly advance towards increasing extra-heavy oil production (XH) in the Orinoco Oil Belt Hugo Chávez.

Upon the goal and commitment to reach the production agreed upon, this Joint Venture continues steadily moving forward through special plan developments and strategy design for wells recovery, preventive and corrective maintenance to reach a higher operational reliability, and new technologies implementation to strengthen energy and economy development of the Nation.

China and Venezuela have shown the world that synergy and dialogue are vital to continue defeating, by making efforts to tight bonds with the view to power production capacities and investments between both countries. All this was ratified in August 2019 by the implementation of the expansion project first stage from 105 to 165 thousand barrels a day (TBD) at Jose Mixing Plant (PMJ in Spanish), located in José Antonio Anzoátegui Industrial Complex (CIJAA in Spanish, ).

All workers from Petrolera Sinovensa enhance oil worker values, following guidelines issued by Mr. Manuel Quevedo, People’s Power Minister of Petroleum and president of Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. (PDVSA), align with policies from Mr. Nicolás Maduro Moros, constitutional president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
